Pumpkin Time in Litchfield County
This weekend, we took our youngest out to get some pumpkins while our teenager was at an event. We drove through the Litchfield, Connecticut area and to our delight the fall foliage was near peak.

It was such a picture perfect New England fall day for a leisurely drive. If you go to Hogan’s Cider Mill, be sure to check out the cider tasting room upstairs. They offer hard cider, regular cider, seasonal baked goods and more in their shop. They always have the best selection of pumpkins and gourds too. On weekends, enjoy lawn games and food trucks. Avon Meats truck was there for our visit and it was so good!
